Hi, I’m Emma Payne, and I’ve been a client of Mortgage Medics for over 10 years.

Originally, it was for a residential mortgage, but subsequently, they’ve helped me with remortgages. They’ve also helped me with buy-to-let mortgages that I have, and they’ve gotten me out of quite a few sticky situations. They’ve been fantastic.

My initial expectations were that I would receive a list of mortgages and be guided to select an appropriate mortgage, and it would be fairly transactional. What I wasn’t expecting was the level of personal attention that I got and the real depth of involvement of the team to help me really find the right solution.

Each time I’ve got a mortgage, there’s been a slightly different concern. Sometimes it’s time, sometimes it’s the amount, sometimes it’s just a complex situation. But in each situation, Sam and the team have always worked with me to find the right solution, whatever it might be. Sometimes they found me a mortgage in weeks when it’s been a requirement, and they’ve always met the requirements that I’ve had.

I first came across Mortgage Medics because I saw their shop on our local high street. I was already working with a mortgage adviser, but I thought I’d get a second opinion and, in fact, the approach that Sam and the team took was so fantastic that I ended up dropping the other mortgage adviser and going with Sam.

Every time I deal with Mortgage Medics they exceed my expectations despite setting quite a high bar for themselves. There have been particular situations where Sam has helped me in minute detail on a particular transaction that’s been quite tricky to get over the line, but every single time, I’m absolutely delighted with their service.

Every time I’ve taken a mortgage out with Mortgage Medics, which is probably five or six times, the process has been seamless, and all the signing of documents is always efficient. I never feel I have to worry about anything when there’s often quite a lot of other things to worry about during the mortgage process. I know that I just don’t need to worry about that at all.

Something that I wasn’t expecting was the level of involvement that the team at Mortgage Medics had with the other parties within the mortgage process or when I’m buying a property. They help push the transaction through by liaising with the other parties, the estate agents, the lawyers and so on, which is a fantastic help.

I always enjoy when I have a mortgage coming up because I know I’m going to have to deal with Sam and his team again. I love it when I receive an email from him saying, “It’s that time again.” They’re just such a delight to be involved with and as they’ve got bigger and busier, I’ve never felt that they have been less involved in any of my transactions. They’re just a joy to work with.

The three words I would use to describe Sam, particularly, who I’ve dealt with most, are professional, diligent, and engaged.

I certainly would recommend Mortgage Medics. I have done so many times over the years, and I know that the people I’ve recommended them to have also recommended them on to others. They’re so great.
